Fully-Automated, Semi-Automated & Manual Assembly

Executing complex assembly processes to meet any industry-specific requirements is always specifically designed for each product. Our assembly services range from manual assembly in a dedicated assembly line to fully automated solutions where the production process might include full testing of parts. Our in-house assembly line operates in two shifts with 12 people in each shift.

Optimal level of assembly at the manufacturer’s site may involve different production cycles in case of each product. While we supply some products ready-to-use – placing the cap onto the bottle and filling it – other partners may only need injection moulded parts delivered in batches to their sites.

Our team of experts assist the selection of the right assembly process by

  • calculation ROI and breakeven points,
  • determining thresholds,
  • providing options of different automation levels.

As for secondary post processing services, we offer a wide range of decoration options

  • Plasma treatment
  • Custom colour matching
  • Threaded inserts
  • Pad or tampo printing
  • Laser engraving
  • Laser welding

Our team of engineers specialised in in-line automation is ready to develop custom assembly lines for complex products such as the insertion of a bag or patron into an injection blow moulded bottle.

<highlight>Ultrasonic</highlight> welding

Ultrasonic welding

Ultrasonic welding allows for joining parts without bolts, nails and adhesives in a clean, precise and cost-effective way. Beside its cost advantage, it provides an aesthetically pleasing solution that is also flexible. Plastics and blends of different types can be joined together with ultrasonic welding as long as their molecular structures are compatible.

<highlight>Tampo</highlight> printing

Tampo printing

Pad printing is the most frequently used decoration method for plastic applications. We can print on a wide range of plastics such as different kinds of polyethylene (HDPE and LDPE), ABS, polypropylene (PP) and polycarbonate in various languages.

<highlight>Plasma</highlight> treatment

Plasma treatment

Plasma treatment – frequently used in pharma packaging solutions – improves adhesion of a surface, increases its wettability, thus, improves printing and bonding characteristics by creating a hydrophilic surface. The effect of plasma treatment can last for several months if parts are stored appropriately.
