Fully digitized production at two locations
Continuous 24/7 production at two locations with 17.000 production hours/years assures that we can meet mass production demands:
- Mikropakk BLACK – located in Salgótarján, Hungary, dedicated to mass production,
- Mikropakk SILVER – located in Budapest, Hungary, dedicated to the production of custom precision parts.
Our 8000 m2 production floor area accomodates over 100 injection molding machines and more than 30 assembly lines.
Both our factories feature a fully digital production process with an ERP system serving as a real-time communication platform for operators. Digital traceability has been implemented in both our factories, which is critical for quality purposes. Implementation of industry 4.0 technologies has allowed us to become a paperless factory.
State-of-the art injection molding machinery
We only rely on machinery of the latest technology to provide maximum efficiency for our customers. None of our injection molding machines are older than 4-5 years. We give special attention to continuously developing our machine park where we rely on Engel and Arburg injection molding machines.

Leveraging advanced factory automation solutions
Both our production sites feature a high degree of automation, assuring scalability of production independently of manual labour. We dedicated an entire department within the company to automation consisting of highly skilled automation engineers who custom-desing our in-line automation solutions.
Mikropakk’s factories feature various 1-3-6-axis Witmann, Kuka and Fanuc robots both in-line and on a separate assembly line. Assembly of complex products consisting of 5-7 parts can also be automated.
Raw materials used
Apart from common materials such as PE and PP, our equipment can work with more technical materials such as ABS, PC, PPS, POM, PA, COC.
