MIKROPAKK  Ltd. has won a HUF 497 406 400 non-refundable grant in the framework of the Széchenyi 2020 call for proposals for the expansion of production capacity of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. The investment, with a total cost of HUF 994 835 831, enabled the company to purchase the equipment specified in the application.

The company started the investment on 06.11.2018.  Due to the public procurement procedure, the project was implemented later than planned. The last asset was commissioned on 20.02.2020, the date of physical completion of the project. After 3 modifications, the project was successfully and efficiently implemented in line with the objectives of the call.

In October 2011, our medium-sized enterprise, which employs almost 200 workers, submitted an application for site development and won a HUF 150 million grant under the New Széchenyi Plan.

The development included the enlargement of the injection moulding facility and the high storage area of the factory hall built in 2010, as well as the construction of an assembly hall and a logistics-manipulation area. The extension works have increased the plant area by 1669m2 and added 11 new jobs.

The expansion of the plastic injection moulding factory of Mikropakk Kft. in Salgótarján has been completed. The extension of the factory is a HUF 262.8 million project, financed by the European Union and the Hungarian Government with HUF 150 million in the framework of the New Széchenyi Plan.

The extension of the factory hall, built in 2010, included an increase in the area of the injection moulding hall and the high storage area, as well as the construction of an assembly hall and a logistics handling area. The main profile of the factory, with an increased floor area of 1669 m2, remains the injection moulding and assembly of products for the cosmetics and household industry and creates 11 new workplaces.

Mikropakk Ltd. has won a non-refundable grant of HUF 34 351 627 under the New Széchenyi Plan in the framework of the call for proposals entitled Supporting Complex Technological Innovation of Enterprises. The project was based on a previous successful product development in which the company’s R&D team developed an innovative valve for the PUR foam industry.

In order to mass-produce the valve and to ensure consistent quality of assembly, a completely unique assembly facility was needed, which was built in one year. The new assembly machine is capable of producing 24 million products per year, resulting in a 16-fold increase in capacity.

MIKROPAKK Ltd. has received almost HUF 73.4 million in non-refundable grants within the framework of the New Széchenyi Plan. The project, with a total cost of more than HUF 367.4 million, has improved the capacity of the company’s headquarters. 

With the support of the European Union, the company acquired 7 state-of-the-art plastic injection moulding machines and robots, 5 raw material grinders, and metalworking machines. An important element of the development was the modernisation of the production process infrastructure through the introduction of a customised factory management system.

The successful implementation of the 18-item project has increased the production capacity of MIKROPAKK’s Budapest factory by 13%. In addition, the technological modernisation has led to significant improvements in several steps of the production process, increasing cost efficiency and the competitiveness of the company.

Within the framework of the Széchenyi 2020 development plan, our company successfully applied for the Supplier micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, and supplier integrators. The main aim of the project is to contribute to increasing the supplier value chain of Mikropakk Ltd.

The project is based on 3 main pillars, one of the most important of which is the introduction and application of new technology, the Mucell technology, to current products. The other pillar is to increase the level of current technology by purchasing the latest state-of-the-art hybrid injection moulding machines while increasing automation and reducing the human labour required for assembly operations.  The third pillar is continuous professional training, organisational adaptability, and responsiveness to problems.

For the implementation of the project, with a total budget of HUF 1 771 631 262, our company has obtained HUF 885 815 632 non-refundable grant from the Hungarian Government and the European Union.

Within the framework of the Széchenyi 2020 development plan, our company successfully applied for the call for the expansion of production capacities of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in July 2015. The investment was aimed at expanding the machinery of our factory in Salgótarján and also included the necessary infrastructure development and the upgrading of service technologies.

The project will involve the installation of a total of 8 new high-performance, robotically automated injection moulding machines and a parallel expansion of the factory IT system. In addition, the plant’s compressed air and process cooling water systems will be upgraded and four new material storage silos will be added to the central material supply system. 

Our company won a HUF 439.65 million non-refundable grant from the Hungarian Government and the European Union for the implementation of the project, with a total budget of more than HUF 879 million.

In the framework of the Széchenyi 2020 development plan, we successfully applied for the call for the expansion of the production capacity of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in November 2014. 

During the “Production capacity in the plastic processing factory of Mikropakk Ltd. in Salgótarján”, project, we installed two high-performance plastic injection moulding machines.

Our company won a non-refundable grant of HUF 99.991.994 from the Hungarian Government and the European Union for the implementation of the project with a total budget of more than HUF 266 million, the grant intensity is 37.58%. The project was successfully completed on 13.05.2015 with the installation of the production machines.
